Justin is a proud father of three incredible boys, a small business owner, and a US Navy Veteran with 20 years of dedicated service to our great nation. His service began in 1998 when he enlisted in the US Navy. From there he was stationed in our lovely city of San Diego where he fell in love with the community. 8 Deployments ranging from 6 months to 13 months, sacrificing his time away from his children and family to dedicate his life to our great nation. He led Sailors on ships and shore commands while leading joint service units in Africa on anti terrorism deployments.  Although his military career has concluded, he feels a continued calling to serve. A true Patriot at heart, he firmly believes that our country has immense potential to make a positive impact on the world, and to achieve that, we must prioritize the well-being of our citizens. San Diego holds a special place in his heart; having lived here for over two decades, it became his "Home" when he was first stationed in this vibrant city. Now, he is ready to be the force for change.

Being a small business owner Justin has a strong insight on how the current Government system is affecting our local community. Raises in taxes, inflation, costs of utilities just to name a few are on his agenda. We can not continue to raise taxes on our community when the wages do not meet the same growth. The only way to combat this while keeping small businesses intact is to lower the operating costs for small businesses. With lower operating costs businesses can put resources into growth and therefore hire more employees and help stimulate the economy.

Justin lives with his children in the Bonita area. He has spent many evenings over the past few years helping coach little league Lacrosse, and spending time with his family. Of their many past times, game nights at home with the kids is one of the family favorites. He dedicates a lot of his time educating Veterans on their benefits, and coaching them to a better financial situation. Giving back to those who served is a pillar of who Justin is at heart.
